The Scotch Mist II is a fast yacht, built in 1982 for racing, and we will get her moving for you. In fact, she is the fastest production line sailboat of her size in the world. And our snorkeling and whale watching (seasonal) trips will put you right into the action. And the natural beauty of Maui?s mountain peaks and glittering beaches are a perfect backdrop to some of the most stunning sunsets in the world.

Adventure Sails
Relax and enjoy the gentle trade winds as you sail silently along in Maui's crystal clear water. On a wind-powered sailing vessel, there is no engine noise to drown out the sound of the whales' blow-the vapor plume of a whale exhaling-an exhilarating experience! There is nothing more thrilling than an up close and personal view of a humpback whale breaching; or of two males bumping each other for a female's attention; or a mother humpback whale with her calf. These majestic giants are truly incredible to watch! We have three sail times available: 8am, 11am and 1:30pm.
Morning Snorkel Sail
Enjoy a 4-hour Morning Snorkel Sail along the West Maui Coast over coral reefs with colorful tropical fish and green sea turtles. Expert instruction and quality snorkel gear and swim noodles are included. Complimentary beverages - champagne, white wine, local beers, sodas, and juices - and then homemade breads and treats are served as we sail along Maui’s scenic coastline. Relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the thrill of sailing on a world-class mono hull sailing yacht.
After your snorkel excursion, lunch is served including turkey (or veggie) wrap, potato chips and cookies (Note* - Alcoholic beverages are served only after snorkeling and swimming.)

Cancellation Policy: A 48 hour cancellation notice in advance of the trip departure time is required for a refund. If an attempted cancellation is on less than 48 hours advance notice and due to a medical illness, a written statement from a local physician or medical clinic is required. A guest may re-schedule an excursion without a cancellation charge if the new excursion is taken within 72 hours of the booked excursion if space is available. Any price differential in the originally booked excursion and the re-scheduled excursion shall be paid by or refunded to the passenger as the case may be. Private Charters are unique and require a 7-day cancellation notice.
