Buffet Menu: Herb Roasted Chicken Kahala; Mahi Mahi Navatek coated with a light Chardonnay batter; Hawaiian Style Kalua Pig; Steamed vegetables; Roasted garlic mashed potatoes; Rice; Fresh island salad; Sweet bread rolls; Coconut cake. Includes one premium cocktail, coffee and tea.
