Reservations cancelled prior to 24 hours before your scheduled rental time are fully refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO 100% CANCELLATION FEE.
Rainy Day Policy: Kauai is known as the Garden Island and the rain we get creates amazing natural waterfalls and fills our rivers. That being said, rain on the east side of the island usually passes quickly. It has been said....if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes because it is sure to change. If rain is steady enough to disrupt your biking plans or causes un-safe conditions, Coconut Coasters will do our best to reschedule your rental for another time during your visit. Refunds may be offered in accordance with our policy and at management's discretion.
