Geo Trek Hawaii is both an originator and leader in the business of rental of personal navigational devices (PNDs) on Maui. These small but mighty electronic units use global positioning system (GPS) technology to receive signals from 24 satellites orbiting the earth, locating the user's position to within a few feet.
In addition to providing turn-by-turn audio and visual directions to ensure worry-free navigation throughout Maui, the touchscreen technology of a Geo Trek PND offers custom GPS-activated audio tours of the Road to Hana and Haleakala; comprehensive mapping of beaches, shopping, and points of interest throughout Maui; a unique geocaching game for the adventure-minded traveler; databases that act as a virtual phonebook/mobile concierge; and unbiased expert reviews of eateries, lodging, and attractions island-wide.
Located conveniently between West and South Maui in the Harbor Shops at Maalaea, Geo Trek is open from 8:00 to 4:00.

Our personal navigation devices feature a unique audio tour of the road to Hana. Just drive, look, and listen as precisely-timed custom content is seamlessly delivered based upon your exact location. No crowded buses or confusing maps required. Just relax and take in the beauty of Maui's best natural attractions as you hear cultural and historical content while being guided to spectacular waterfalls, glistening black sand beaches, tranquil nature trails, and breathtaking scenic vistas.
In addition to the audio tour, our units also feature turn-by-turn directions for the entire island, expert reviews of attractions and eateries, detailed mapping, and easy-to-use touchscreen technology.
With a Geo Trek PND, now you can "get lost" on Maui without actually getting lost.
Geo Trek Hawaii is conveniently located in the Maalaea Harbor Shops (next to the Maui Ocean Center) at Maalaea Road and Highway 30.
Units can be picked up on the scheduled day at Geo Trek Hawaii. Store hours are 8am to 4pm. Early pickup (7:30 am) is available upon request with advance notice. Units are due no later than 7 am on the date due. A drop box is available for after hours returns.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to check in time (8 am) without any penalty. Cancellation must processed via the same means as reservation was made, and a cancellation number will be provided. Cancellations within the 24 hour period, as well as "no-shows," will be charged in full.
