Sportfishing on the Big island
Capt. Jack is a spacious 43- foot Powerboat Flybridge sports fishing boat with a reputation for its expansive size and comfort for up to six guests. The design features a wide-open cockpit area with a centrally located big game fighting chair. The interior includes upholstered booth-style seating with a small galley arrangement and is well ventilated. The vessel is well designed for all ages with easy access throughout.
Fishing charters can be booked for up to 6 people for a half day (4 hours), three quarter day (6 hours) or a full day (8 hours). We also offer the option of a share charter with a minimum of four anglers.
Morning trips begin at 7am and we depart from historic Keauhou Bay, ideally located for quick access to some of Hawaii's most fertile fishing grounds.
A private charter is for the avid fisherman looking for the best opportunity to make a catch. It's also ideal for families that want the luxury of a kitchen, living room, and bathroom facilities.
On a share trip each angler is allotted ample fishing time with an arranged rotation created by the Captain that ensures everyone has a fair chance and great time. We will also troll for big game fish; however we recommend chartering a 3/4 or full day of fishing for the best opportunity at the big one!
We are happy to share a portion of the catch with guests staying in accommodations offering cooking facilities.
Please meet the boat directly at the Keauhou Pier 15 minutes prior to departure with towels, hat, form of payment, food, and drinks. *No red wine or hard alcohol*
Cancellation policy is 24 hours advance notice.
