Maui Surfer Girls Overnight Camps

Maui Surfer Girls (MSG) was established in 2001 with a mission to build self-confidence in women through the sport of surfing. Utilizing a community of strong female role models, warm water waves, and the spirit of aloha, MSG offers a top-notch overnight surf camp in Hawaii specifically designed for teen girls. MSG also offers abroad surf trips for women of all ages and co-ed surf or stand-up lessons. ACTIVITIES:

Session 1: July 7-20, 2012 Overnight Surf Camp (14 days/13 nights)

Our surf camp experience includes more than just surf lessons! And we promise to not herd you into huge surfing classes like some surf camps. Once you arrive in Maui, you?ll be greeted at the airport by our friendly staff and whisked away to our oceanfront A-frame cabin facility - the ultimate setting for a surf camp with Maui's warm ocean lapping at your doorstep. For the next week (or two weeks if you?re lucky to attend both sessions), you and four fellow campers, along with a ?CIT? (counselor in training) and ?LSI? (lead surf instructor) will pile each morning into a mini-van and head to your surf lesson a few miles from our facility. For lunch you will fuel up on our healthy ?grinds?, enjoy an hour off to relax in a hammock or rope swing, and join our ?chalk talks? to learn about ding repair, surf forecasting, history of surfing. Our afternoon activities are a ?choose your own adventure?. Here?s some of what goes on at camp in the afternoon & evenings: Our Afternoon Activity Options: Stand up paddle boarding instruction, the latest water sport rage! Windsurfing lessons Waterfall hikes Zip Lines in the West Maui Mountains Wakeboarding Snorkeling Hawaiian Arts & Crafts Mystery Adventures Our Evening Programs: Spa Night Talent Show Guest speakers Cabin Bonding Campfire Counsel Surfer Chick Flicks And by the way - our camp food is the very best - healthy, mostly organic, and prepared by private chefs! With the summer mango's in full harvest, our surfer girls never starve!

Cancellation Policy: Full refund on money paid (whether deposit or paid in full)if cancelled within 60 days prior to camp session start date. If paying only your deposit at this time, the full balance of payment is due 60 days prior to camp session start date.
