Private Surfing Lessons

Our private surfing lesson offers you detailed surf instruction through one-on-one with just you and your surf coach. Learn how to balance on your board and ride those Maui waves. This is the quickest way to learn since you'll have your own coach to give you tips and encouragement and utmost attention.

Maui is well-known for surfing, as seen in those glossy surf magazines that are packed with photos of surfers tucked into glassy barrels of translucent water at Maui breaks. A private lesson is your first step closer to those barrels. Your surf instructor will teach you the basics of surfing, how to read rips and tides, gain your balance, do turns, tubes and tumbles. We equip all surfers with booties (neoprene water socks) and rash guards (lycra uv-protective surf shirt) and a board for the duration of the lesson.
