Stand Up Paddle - Group Lessons

Stand Up Paddling is just as fun on calm waters as it is out in the surf. It combines the techniques of paddling with the thrill of surfing, and why lay down when you can stand? We'll start on the beach first for some pre-SUP exercises to get you warmed up. Your instructor will go over basic strokes and techniques of how to stand up on your board and paddle to coast along and ride a wave. And the rest of the time you'll be in the water with your instructor, catching waves and having a blast.

There are up to six people in the group lesson, so grab some friends or come alone and join our group. We equip all surfers with booties (neoprene water socks) and rash guards (lycra uv-protective surf shirt) and a board for the duration of the lesson.
