The Umauma Zip and Dip Experience

Our zipline has (9) long lines with almost 2 MILES of spectacular ziping through paradise, over many waterfalls and ocean views. You will be zipping on (4) of these lines for this adventure. You will see sights that others who visit the property will not be able to see by foot. This experience is fantastic. It is a thrill. It is fun. It is a feast for the eyes and soul. Many ziplines are now available in Hawaii. Some of them show a waterfall in the picture, but you usually don't actually zip near what the picture shows. This zipline is really amazing! You will zip through the river and see the water rushing under your feet. It has been said by many people who have toured other ziplines that "this is the best zipline on all the Hawaiian Islands." If you love waterfalls like we do, you will see them here. This experience is probably why you came to Hawaii, even if you don't know it yet. At line #2, you will have time to view the beautiful scenery which includes a view of a 100 foot waterfall as you look toward the top of Mount Mauna Kea. Most people who live in Hawaii have never seen this beautiful waterfall, but you will if you book this adventure. In the winter, you may even see the snow covered mountain tops. You'll also visit a shelter that overlooks the river as another river joins the mighty UMAUMA. A resident native Hawaiian hawk lives in this area. He may soar into the canyon while you are zipping. On line #4 you will zip over 2000 feet of river water and many small waterfalls. Wow! This is so amazing you will pinch yourself that you are actually here. After experiencing the zipline, you will be ready to plunge into the water for a relaxing swim and kayaking adventure. This is such a special Big Island of Hawaii tour. We have a utility zipline that takes your supplies down to the pavilion located near the beautiful dual waterfall as shown in the picture. Another great 20 foot waterfall is just below this dual waterfall. It is a crescent waterfall that looks like a Big Island Niagara waterfall when it rains on the big mountain.
