Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: 24 hour cancellation required for full refund.
Weight restrictions: Minimum weight to fly alone is 130lbs; Maximum weight to fly alone, tandem, or triple is 450lbs. Weight restrictions may be increased or decreased by the captain, depending on wind or sea conditions, on that date. Please note that refunds are not issued based on your preference to fly alone, tandem, or triple. Participants must be willing to parasail at the captain's discretion for safety.
Physical Restrictions: We cannot accommodate anyone with chronic back/neck problems; anyone who has had previous back/neck surgery; or anyone who is pregnant or thinks she may be pregnant. These restrictions also apply to observers. Participants must be able to walk down the dock and board the parasail vessel with minimal or no assistance. The boats are not wheelchair accessible.
Age Restrictions: Minimum age to parasail is 6 years; Minimum age to go on the boat as a non-flying observer is 3 years. The observer fee is $30 per person. Children between the ages of 6 and 12 must be accompanied on board by an adult, parent, or guardian, either as a paying observer or flier.
This means that children younger than 3 will have to remain on land, along with pregnant women, and those individuals with back or neck problems, or individuals who have had previous back or neck surgery.
Duration: Although the total time on the boat is approximately 1 hour, the Standard Ride (up to 25 stories above sea level)is 7 minutes-single, 9 minutes-tandem, or 11 minutes-triple. The Deluxe Ride (up to 50 stories above sea level) is 10 minutes-single, 12 minutes-tandem, or 14 minutes-triple. Please note:Maximum 6 passengers per trip.
