Check in: 4:45 pm. Tour starts at 5 pm. Please check in with your guide who will be wearing a nametag and waiting for you at the turtle sculpture in the Sheraton Waikiki Lobby, tour ends at 8:30 pm.

Plans changed or you've just lost your appetite? Well, no worries, it's easy to reschedule or cancel your tour if something comes up. Just call us at least 48 hours in advance and we'd be happy to assist. Unfortunately, reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable including no shows. For groups of 6 or more, 7 days advance notice is required.**There is a 10% cancellation processing fee.
