PASS TERMS
All Passes must have a pass holder’s name assigned to them at the time of purchase. Once Passes are purchased, they cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or season.
• Exception: Unused 21/22 Ali'i Pass Products may be deferred for pass holder credit toward a 22/23 Ali'i Pass Product Purchase (pass holder is responsible to pay difference if future season pass price increases). A pass is “unused” if it has not been used for any tours. Deferrals are final.
• Tour availability is first come first serve. Pass holder is responsible for booking tours. Any unused pass tour for season 21/22 do not roll over to the following season.
• Pass holder must provide 24 hour cancellation notice for tour bookings. If a 24 hour notice is not given, the purchase price of that seat will be charged to the pass holder.
• Passes can be revoked for misconduct determined by staff and management of HIOR.
• Priority boarding requires the pass holder to check in at recommended time and only applies to unlimited season pass holders.
• Pass tours apply to tours December 1, 2021-April 15th, 2022
