You may cancel or change your reservation at no additional charge provided you contact us by phone, no less than 48-hours prior to your scheduled activity. If you do not show up for your scheduled activity, if you miss your check-in or if you do not call the reservations office at least 48-hours in advance, it will remain a full charge to your credit card, and no refunds will be given. All reservations made within 48-hours of activity or same-day reservations are final. Guests are required to sign liability waivers for all tours.
