This Gift Certificate can be used towards the Full Day Secret Island Beach Activity.

Must call the Kualoa Ranch Reservations Office to secure reservations at 808-237-7321. Open daily from 7:30am - 4:30pm (HST).
All reservations subject to availability.
The Full Day Secret Island Beach Activity will include our Box Lunch box and a bottle Water.

Redemption Instructions: To secure reservations you will need to call Kualoa Ranch directly at 808-237-7321. All bookings are subject to availability. For check in you will need to have this email PRINTED. Upon check in we will collect this printed copy of your Gift Certificate and you will need to show your Photo ID matching the name on this certificate.
Gift Certificates will not be extended past expiration date. If lost, certificate will not be reissued. Once you have secured your reservation date, if you do not show up, if you miss your check in and miss your tour there will be no further reschedules and your Gift Certificate will be voided. No refunds will be issued.

By making this reservation on www.kualoa.com, you are acknowledging that your credit card will be charged in full for the activity reserved. You may cancel with a full refund or make changes to your reservation, if available, provided you contact Kualoa Ranch by phone, no less than 48-hours prior to your scheduled tour date/time. If you do not show up for your scheduled activity, if you miss your required check-in or if you do not call the reservations office at least 48-hours in advance to cancel, it will remain a full charge to your credit card and no refunds will be given. All reservations made within 48-hours of tour date/time and same-day reservations are final. Guests are required to sign liability waivers for applicable tours.
