Reservations made over the phone with Kualoa Ranch must be paid upon check in at the Ticket Office. You may cancel or change your reservation at no additional charge provided you contact us 48-hours prior to your scheduled activity. If you do not show up for your scheduled activity, if you miss your check-in or if you do not call the reservations office 48-hours in advance, your credit card will be charged in full, and no refund will be given. All same-day reservations are final. Guests are required to sign liability waivers for all tours.
