Our cancellation policy is 72 hours before the scheduled flight time for a non-private basket, 7 days before the scheduled flight time for all private flights, and 30 days before for groups of 10+ bookings. There is a $100 excess weight fee if the average per-person weight for the group exceeds 240 lbs (Total weight/#passengers). All gift flight tickets are transferable/non-refundable. Please complete the eWaiver within three days of booking to ensure your reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals and no-shows. Regardless of the notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee when canceling. There are no refunds if canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled check-in time.
