Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your check in time for a nonprivate basket and 7 days prior to check in for all private flights and group bookings. There is an $100 excess weight fee charge if average per person weight for group exceeds 240 lbs (Total weight/#passengers). All gift flight tickets are transferable/non-refundable. To ensure your reservation, please complete the EWaiver within 3 days of booking.
