Click here for FAQ Aloha! Below you will see an availability list of tickets in the column entitled, "# Tickets Available". These tickets are referred to as "Owners Tickets" and are only available for purchase by individuals residing in the state of Hawaii or visitors that have purchased an A3H Gold Card. There is a limit of 4 tickets per person, per activity, per month. Owners Tickets are like gift certificates. They are not attached to a date; therefore you will need to call the activity provider to make your reservation. There are no black out dates or restrictions other than the ones noted in the restrictions column. WHAT ARE OWNER'S TICKETS? These tickets are provided to A3H, (a not-for-profit Trade Organization made up of Hawaii's premiere Activity and Attraction businesses), by the owners. These tickets are traded in lieu of payment for advertising or monthly membership dues. Each month the amount of tickets are increased by the number noted in the forth column below. HOW IT WORKS:  The owners' tickets are released on the first day of the month. Tickets are sold continuously, throughout the month until depleted. Due to the high cost of living in Hawaii a special Kama'aina time span from midnight until noon on the first of each month is reserved to Kama'aina only purchases. After 12 noon HST, the tickets are open for purchase by gold card members on a first come first serve basis. WHAT ABOUT TAX?  The tickets below include Hawaii State Excise tax, which is 4.166%. Helicopter tour businesses may charge an additional tax prior to your flight. This is a Federal Transportation Excise tax, TET. Charter boat businesses may also charge you an additional tax prior to departure equal to the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Harbor tax with is calculated at 3%.
