Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is 72 hours before the scheduled flight time for a non-private basket, 7 days before the scheduled flight time for all private flights, and 30 days before for groups of 10+ bookings. All gift flight tickets are transferable/non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase date. Please complete the E-Waiver within three days of booking to ensure your reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals and no-shows. There are no refunds if canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled check-in time.
