Terms & Conditions: Full payment is required at time of booking. Reservations cancelled with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled tour start time will be charged a 5% service fee (95% refund). No refunds can be given for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled tour start time. In the event of dangerous weather or ocean conditions, we may cancel your tour. You may choose to transfer your activity to a later date or receive a full refund. If you would like to pay cash or split the charges between your group please give us a call and we can arrange this over the phone.
